Recipe: roasted jalapeno peppers
Misc. Roast and peel them first. Either place on grill or under broiler - and roast (turning as needed) until blackened - put in paper or plastic bag and close for a few minutes. Remove and the skins should slip off easily.
Continue as you would for your recipe.
