Recipe(tried): Roasted Potatoes

My kids favorite potatoes:

ROASTED POTATOES

tin/aluminum foil
small round potatoes (or potatoes cut into chunks)
cloves of garlic unpeeled
fresh sprigs rosemary
salt and pepper
olive oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Take two sheets of tin foil to make a package. In middle place chunks of potato, lots of garlic cloves, a few fresh sprigs rosemary, sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Seal package.

Place in 350 degree oven and roast for approx 1 hour. Careful when opening package when done as it will be hot.

TO SERVE:
Serve potatoes minus the rosemary. Just squeeze out the roasted garlic and enjoy! These potatoes are great the next day heated up in a frying pan.
