Rosettes

2 eggs
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine eggs,
sugar salt, and beat
well. Add other
ingredients and beat
til smooth. Chill
batter at least one
hour. Heat rosette
iron in 375 deep fat
for 2 min. Remove
and drain. then dip
hot iron in batter just
to the top of the
mold; dip it in hot fat,
cook til golden. Drain
each rosette and
sprinkle with
powedered sugar.

You may have to practice with the first few rosettes before it comes out good.
