Rum-Soy-Lime Chicken Marinade

My fave is equal parts of rum, soy sauce and lime juice. Mom burns the alcohol off the rum, but i leave it in and it tends to act as a tenderizer. It's great for the cheaper pieces of chicken especially like thighs and legs, and the chicken is absolutely WONDERFUL cold. Mom used to do tiny drumsticks and serve them cold as appetizers. MMMMmmm!!!
