Recipe(tried): Salmon Recipe for pressure canning

Preserving - Other
Salmon receipe for pressure cooker filet salmon and cut away the brown meat on the back, This is what gives salmon the funny taste. I remove that part no mater how I cook salmon this is where the fat is and the taste that people don't like. We here in Mich. eat alot of salmon. Cut into chunks and put in pint jars along with 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. white vinegar and fill jars with tomato juice, slide knife into jar to remove air bubbles. Wipe rim and seal and pressure cook 100 min. at 10 lbs. pressure.
