Recipe: Sandy s Square Meatballs

Sandy s Square Meatballs

8 servings

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup unseasoned dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup finely chopped onion or instant minced onion
2 tbl. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 425 degrees. In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. In ungreased cookie sheet, pat meat mixture into 2 six-inch squares. Cut each square into 36 squares; do not separate squares.

Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes, or until meatballs are no longer pink in center. Separate meatballs by cutting apart.
