Sauteed Corn with Thyme and Lemon
Serving Size : 6
4 ounces butter
1 1/2 pounds frozen corn -- thawed
1 tablespoon fresh thyme -- chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
salt and pepper, to taste
Melt butter in large skillet over medium high heat. Add corn, thyme, lemon juice and sugar and saute until tender, about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve.
