Savory Corn Pancakes (using creamed corn)

I make a savory corn pancake that my family loves. I am an a little of this, a little of that type of cook so can't give exact measurements, but here goes.

To one can of creamed corn, add about 1/2 cup of flour, 1 egg, a little celery seed, some dried minced onion and red pepper flakes to taste. Allow to sit for a few minutes and then cook as you would any pancake recipe.

Be creative, you can add all sorts of ingredients (i.e.. peppers, grated carrot, mushrooms, chopped shrimp, etc)
