Recipe: Creamy Brussels Sprouts

Creamy Brussels Sprouts
Source: Southern Living Magazine, October 1979
Yield: 8 Servings

4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp garlic salt
16 oz sour cream
3 pkg (10 oz. each) Brussels sprouts

Combine cheese and mayonnaise, stirring until smooth. Add lemon juice and garlic salt. Stir in sour cream, mixing well. Cover; chill overnight.

To serve, cook brussels sprouts according to package directions; drain. Warm sour cream mixture in top of a double boiler; add cooked brussels sprouts. Serve immediately.
