Cheesy Noodle and Creamed Corn Casserole
rec.food.cooking/Paul Novotny (2000)
We have great "filler food" recipe that uses creamed corn.
Start with three cups cooked wide noodles, one stick of butter (only real butter), two cans creamed corn. Mix these three ingredients and put in baking dish top with lots of sliced Velveeta bake about 30 minutes or until cheese begins to brown. It is great served with Sloppy Joes on a cold day.
