Recipe: Savory Rueben Cheesecake

CRUST:
1 1/2 cups rye cracker crumbs
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp melted butter
FILLING:
2 pkg. (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup flour
4 eggs
1 (10 oz.) can corned beef, well broken up
1 (8 oz.) bottle Thousand Island Dressing
1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, well drained
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Put crumbs and butter in a 9-inch springform pan. Mix well and press into place.
Whip cream cheese until fluffy. Add eggs and flour, beat well. Add remaining ingredients. Mix until well blended. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Cool.
Cover and chill before serving.
