Recipe(tried): scrap printing

Misc.

Hi this is not a recipe but it could be concdered part of a a "finacial diet" :)

I've shred this but with so many new faces thought i'd pass it on again ...

I found a lot of scrap paper printed on one side the other blank. This also happen to have holes already punched in it.

I use that for my recipe printing. I put it in the printer so that it prints on the blank side and so that the holes are on the left side when printed (-- you may need to try a ffew sheets to get it right)

This paper is PERFECT for printing recipes -- i can then slip them right into a looseleaf notebook.

If you don't have scrap to use at least try punching holes in a batch of regular paper and trying it --- it is sooo convient.

Also i try to gage how many pages will print and if i think it is a one pager i specify print from page 1 to 1 so that i don't have that useless last page print up as well -- if i gaged wrong i simply re print and tell printer to print page 2 to 2.

OH and when posting i make sure i list a recipe title in subject area if i'm posting a recipe that way it is clear when folks print it :)

I use netscape and windows 3x with an hp printer incase that is important to this message :)

good luck, happy saving-
