ISO: Seafood bisque with shrimp and surimi

I've recently been to a restaurant that had a creamy seafood bisque. It had a thick white sauce base, and had chopped shrimp, chopped surimi (fake crab) and some type of whitefish in it as well. I don't know any other ingredients, except maybe mushrooms.

Anyone know of a recipe close?
