Scicilin Meatloaf

3/4 Lb Ground Beef
3/4 Lb Ground Pork
3/4 C Italian Bread Crumbs
2 Eggs
1/4 C Romano Cheese -- Grated
1/2 Tsp Thyme
1 Sm Onion -- Chopped
1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
1 C Tomato Sauce
--Filling--
2 C Ricotta Cheese
1 Slice Prosciutto -- Chopped
1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
6 Plum Tomatoes -- Peeled And Chopped

Mix together meatloaf ingredents and pack into a greased loaf pan, shapeing a trench along the top pushing the meat up the sides of the pan. Cook in a 350 F. oven for 1 hour. Remove from the oven. Mix ricotta, prosciutto, and parmasan cheese. Fill trench with cheese mix. Cover cheese with tomatoes. Put in a 350 F. for 20 minutes more. Let cool for 15 minutes.
