Recipe: Sloppy Joes with Beans (crock pot) for Suzy

Sloppy Joes

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (13 to 15-oz.) can salsa
1 can tomato sauce
1 can red beans
1/4 to 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 pkg. instant brown gravy mix
Ketchup
Salt, pepper and garlic powder (to taste)
Hamburger buns

This recipe can be cooked on top of the stove or in a crock pot. Brown ground beef with chopped onions. Add remaining ingredients and cook on low until ready to serve. It can be cooked all day in a crock pot on low.
Serves how many: 4 to 6

Takes how long to make: About 45 minutes on the stove or all day on low in the crock pot.
