SOUPER CHICKEN AND RICE BAKE
1 (10 3/4 ounces) can Campbell's condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups water
3/4 cup uncooked long-grain rice
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 chicken breast halves with bone*
In 2-quart shallow baking dish mix soup, water, rice, paprika and pepper. Place chicken on mixture. Sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour or until done.
*Or use 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves. Reduce water to 1 cup. Bake, covered, at 3 75 degrees F for 45 minutes.
