Recipe: Southern-Style Peach Tea

SOUTHERN-STYLE PEACH TEA

4 cups water
2 Tbsp. fresh mint leaves
4 (cup-size) tea bags (or 1 family-size tea bag)
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 cups sliced fresh peaches

In medium saucepan, bring water to boil. Remove from heat and add tea bags, sliced peaches and mint; cover and brew 5 minutes. Remove tea bags.

In pitcher, combine tea mixture with sugar; chill.

Serve with or without peach slices and mint leaves.

Makes about 4 servings (8 ounces each)
