Recipe: Stir Fry Recipes Using Ramen and a Recipe for Basic Stir Fry and Fried Rice

Below are previously shared recipes using Ramen noodles. Ramen noodles can be used in place of the noodles called for in most recipes (without the seasoning packet). Also, you can omit the seasoning packet in any recipe using Ramen noodles and use your own seasonings (it's easier to control the salt that way). You can also use cooked noodles in place of rice in fried rice recipes and vice versa.

Stir fries and fried rice recipes are so flexible that once you get the basics down you can easily make your own variations. Cooked rice will keep (covered) in the refrigerator for a few days. Rice that's been refrigerated actually works better for making fried rice than just-cooked rice.
