Recipe(tried): Stir Fry using Pork Tenderloin Leftovers

Hello all.
Today, I took some leftover pork that was from the seasoned Pork Tenderloin from Costco that's fabulous. It's seasoned with garlic, black pepper and other spices. I simply put on my Showtime Rotisserie and it comes out so tender and juicy! Mmm mmm!
So, I took some carrots, onions, fresh organic green beans and stir fried in olive oil and then added soy sauce, and then when the veggies were limp enough, I added the leftover pork slices, sliced very thin. Yum.
You can add rice if you like to put it on, I don't because I don't combine, but I did make some asparagus to go with it.
