Recipe: Stove Top Easy Brunch Casserole (using Stove Top Stuffing Mix)

STOVE TOP EASY BRUNCH CASSEROLE

2 cups Stove Top Stuffing Mix in the Canister, any flavor
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups ham, cut in cubes
6 eggs
1 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish.

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into prepared baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 50 minutes or until set.

VARIATIONS:
- Prepare as directed, adding 1 cup leftover chopped cooked potatoes to mixture.
- Prepare as directed, substituting 1 pkg. (5.5 oz.) LOUIS RICH CARVING BOARD Ham, any variety, chopped, for cubed ham.
