Recipe: Strawberry Jam from Betty Crocker Cookbook

Hi Fleigh;
Hope this is the one you want, it is in a 1986 edition.
STRAWBERRY JAM
8 cups strawberries, crushed (about 4 pints)
5 cups sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Mix all ingredients in dutch oven. Heat to boiling over high heat, stirring frequently. Boil uncovered, stirring frequently until translucent and jam is thick, about 25 minutes. Quickly skim off foam. Immediatly pour jam into hot sterilized jars, leaving 1/4" headspace. Wipe rim of jars, either seal with lids or paraffin. Makes about 5 half pint jars
Cherry Jam: Substitute 8 cups cut up cherries(about 4 pounds) boil 30 minutes.
Peach Jam: Substitute 8 cups cut up peeled peaches(about 12 medium peaches).
Raspberry Jam: Substitute 8 cups raspberries, crushed (about 4 pints).
