Recipe(tried): Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Stuffed Potatoes

Slice baked potatoes in half and hollow out, keeping inside of potatoes. Mash inside of potatoes and mix with chopped up cooked bacon. Saute for a few minutes in skillet with olive oil. Stuff potato halves with ingredients from skillet. Bake as you would any potato. Garnish with parsley and enjoy.
