Recipe(tried): Super Swiss Steak (using canned tomatoes, crock pot)

Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats
SUPER SWISS STEAK

2 lbs. round steak, cut 3/4-inch thick
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (1 lb) can tomatoes, undrained

Cut round steak into serving pieces; season with salt and pepper.

Place steak in crock pot with the garlic and sliced onion. Top with the tomatoes.

Cover and cook on LOW setting for 8-10 hours.
