1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips or HERSHEY'S Butterscotch Chips
3 tablespoons red food color plus 1 tablespoon yellow food color

CHOCOLATE PEPPERONI (recipe follows), optional
JOLLY RANCHER JOLLY JELLIES Candies, optional
Heat oven to 350 F. Line 12-inch pizza pan with foil; grease foil.
Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in medium bowl; add egg, beating well. Stir together flour and baking soda; stir into mixture with peanut butter chips. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan, to 1-inch from edge.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly brown and set. Cool completely; carefully lift cookie from pan and peel off foil. Place back on pan.
Prepare "PIZZA SAUCE": In small bowl, stir together red and yellow food color and cocoa until well blended. Stir in ready-to-spread frosting and powdered sugar. Spread over cookie to within 1-inch of edge. Sprinkle with chopped white chips for cheese. Decorate with Chocolate "PEPPERONI" and jelly candies, if desired.
CHOCOLATE PEPPERONI: Line 13x9-inch pan with foil. Divide contents of 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk into 2 small microwave-safe bowls. In first bowl, add 1 cup HERSHEY'S Milk Chocolate Chips; microwave at HIGH (100%) 1 minute or until mixture is smooth when stirred. Stir in 1/8 teaspoon red and 2 drops yellow food color; spread into prepared pan. In second bowl, add 1 cup HERSHEY'S Premier White Chips; microwave at HIGH 1 minute or until mixture is smooth when stirred. Spread on top of chocolate layer; refrigerate until firm. Remove foil from pan; peel off foil. Roll up fudge mixture starting from long side; kneed together until marbled like pepperoni. Form into roll, 1-inch in diameter. Cover; refrigerate. Slice into 1/4-inch slices and place on pizza just before serving.
