Quick and Easy Peach Cobbler
Serves 2-4 depending on serving size

1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 - 2 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced

Melt butter in an 8 inch square baking pan. Mix following 4 batter ingredients well. Pour batter into baking dish and lay peaches on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar to taste. Bake 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes until golden brown. Top with fresh whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
