Recipe: Taco Salad

Salads - Main Dish
Taco Salad
From: Betty.Athens,.Ga.

Brown 1 lb ground beef and drain. Mix in:
1 package of taco seasoning
1 can kidney beans
Layer on serving plates with:
Crushed Doritos Nacho or some such corn chips.
Shredded cheese (cheddar) on top.
Pour Catalina dressing over it if desired.
Top with shredded lettuce , onions, and tomatoes
