Recipe: Tomato Florentine Soup (not Zio's)

A rich blend of tomatoes, garlic, onions, dill and fresh spinach. Served in a dinner size bowl and garnished with house-made croutons.
Perhaps you could tweak this recipe and add the dill & croutons.
TOMATO FLORENTINE SOUP
1/3 cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup baby spinach, snipped
In saucepan, saute onion and garlic in oil.
Add remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly and until spinach is wilted.
Servings: 2-3
