Recipe(tried): Tomato Mushroom Stroganoff

Tomato Mushroom Stroganoff
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Makes 4 Servings

1 pound sirloin beef steak, cut into bite size strips
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
12 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
1 can (15 oz.)Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
4 cups hot, cooked wide noodles

BROWN beef in hot oil in two batches. Remove from skillet, set aside.

ADD and MIX vinegar and mushrooms to skillet; cook until liquid is almost evaporated. Add tomato sauce and reserved beef. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat.
SIMMER uncovered, 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in sour cream. Serve over hot, cooked noodles.
