SPOON BREAD CASSEROLE
1/2 cup melted margarine
1 can (8 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (8 oz) cream style corn
1 cup sour cream
2 large eggs, beaten
1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Pour margarine and corn into casserole. Blend in sour cream.
Stir eggs into casserole along with Corn Muffin Mix. Blend thoroughly.
Bake about 35 minutes. Serve hot with butter.
