"A not-too-sweet candy snack."
1 cup Corn Chex cereal
1 cup Rice Chex cereal
1 cup Wheat Chex cereal
1 cup Bran Chex cereal
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup cocktail peanuts
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/4 cup sunflower nuts
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup honey
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup raisins
Combine first 9 ingredients in large bowl.
Mix together honey and oil. Pour over Chex mixture. Stir to coat well. (Mixture will be very dry.) Spread in 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
Bake in 300 degree F oven 25-35 minutes or until Chex are golden brown. Stir twice during baking. Remove from oven.
Add raisins. Let cool in pan, stirring frequently.
Makes about 6 1/2 cups
