Recipe(tried): Tuna Crunch Casserole (Campbell's Soup, 1960's)

Main Dishes - Casseroles
I tore this out of a Campbell's Soup ad in the February 1964 Woman's Day. Now MY kids are making it for THEIR kids. I'd say this recipe comes "highly recommended"!

TUNA CRUNCH CASSEROLE

1 (10 3/4 oz. can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup milk
1 (7 0z.) can tuna, drained and flaked
2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1 cup frozen peas, cooked and drained well
1/2 cup slightly crumbled potato chips (or "goldfish", chow mein noodles, canned French fried onions)

Blend together (undiluted) soup, milk, tuna, eggs and peas. Place in round casserole dish.

Bake in preheated 350 degree F oven for 25 minutes. Top with crushed chips and bake 5 minutes longer.
