Tuscany Bread (like Pizzaria Uno)

1 loaf garlic bread
1/4 cup basil pesto
Fresh spinach leaves-enough to cover garlic bread
1/2 lb. sliced muenster cheese
1 medium tomatoe, chopped
lemon slices

Open garlic bread and spread pesto over the garlic butter. Cover bread with spinach leaves then muenster cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted. Remove bread from oven and sprinkle tomatoes over. Slice and serve with lemon wedges (let each person squeeze lemon over their piece).
