Recipe: Classic Potato Salad for Sue

Salads - Potato, Pasta
CLASSIC POTATO SALAD
Makes 5 cups

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp vinegar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
4 cups cooked, cubed, peeled potatoes (5-6 medium)
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped

Combine first 5 ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover. Chill.
