Recipe: Ursula's Fresh Peach Bread Pudding Recipe

URSULA'S FRESH PEACH BREAD PUDDING

2 cups milk
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
5 to 6 cups day old bread, white
2 to 3 ripe peaches, sliced*
1 Tbsp butter, cut up small

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray 8x13 inch pan with Pam cooking spray.

Mix together milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla.

Break up bread into prepared pan, tuck peach slices in between bread. Pour egg mixture over all, dot with pieces of butter**.

Bake at 325 degrees for about 55 minutes.

*Peaches can be substituted with ripe pears or cherries.

**Can be assembled night before and put in refrigerator. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking.

Serve with Vanilla Sauce (click here).
