Recipe(tried): Using Leftover Pot Roast Gravy and Vegetables

Hi, Danigurl, I can't compete with Terrie and Gina in the kitchen (tho I am happy to be learning from them!). But I face the same thing from time to time, since my kids are not crazy about veggies. I make a batch of meatballs and throw them into the leftover vegetables and gravy. A friend of mine puts the leftovers into the blender, and freezes the result for "instant gravy" for a busy day.
