Recipe: Using Quorn
Misc.I am glad you mention Quorn. It is quite widely available in UK but I have noticed on another board that a lot of Americans have not heard of it or cannot find it. I hope it will be wider available. Depending on how one feels about "meat style products" it is handy when you are cooking for both meat eaters and vegetarians. You could do a sauce for meat bits and Quorn.
Thanks for recipe.
