NO BOILING BAKED ZITI
1 (26 oz.) jar Ragu Pasta Sauce (any flavor)
1 1/2 cups water
1 (15 oz.) container ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 8 oz.), divided use
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 ounces uncooked ziti pasta
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine sauce and water. Stir in ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella and Parmesan, then uncooked ziti. Spoon ziti mixture into a 13x9-inch baking dish. Cover with foil.
Bake 55 minutes.
Remove foil and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Bake uncovered 5 more minutes.
