Recipe: Warm Cranberry Compote

Warm Cranberry Compote

2 cups cranberries, fresh or frozen
3 cups pineapple chunks, cut in half
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil and cook just until the cranberries begin to pop, stirring frequently. Cool slightly. Spoon into bowls and top with frozen yogurt, if desired.
