Recipe(tried): Welbilt Bread Machine Oat Bread

Here is a recipe that works great in the old "The Bread Machine" by Welbilt. It's great for toasting.

WELBILT OAT BREAD

Add ingredients to machine in this order:
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups bread flour
1/4 cups old fashion oats, uncooked
1 Tablespoon sugar (or honey)
2 Teaspoons yeast (or 1 packet dry)
1 cup plus 3 tablespoons water

I let the machine mix for a couple minutes then pull the plug. Let it rest for about 5-10 minutes then plug it in again and let it process through.
