Recipe(tried): You don't have to bake the bread . .

You don't have to bake cinnamon bread to get the smell. Just sprinkle a little cinnamon on a piece of aluminum or an aluminum pie pan. Turn your oven to 350 and let it get hot. Then turn it off (the cinammon burns if you don't.) Viola! The aroma without the bread. I do it all the time at Christmas!
