Recipe: Yuca

3 fresh yuca (cassava)
4 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup oil
lemon juice

Boil yuca in large pot with salt until tender. Remove from water and sprinkle with garlic and lemon juice. Pour heated olive oil over yuca

Serves 4-5
