ISO: Ajvar (roasted pepper and eggplant) - (question and response)
Misc.Ajvar - do I need to take away the eggplant seeds after roasted? Thanks
A Note from Betsy at Recipelink:
You don't need to remove the seeds, but if it seems like there are too many of them or if you would like a smoother mixture you can remove them. Pureeing the mixture in a blender would be another option but I'm not sure if it would make the mixture too thin. Maybe you could experiment with a portion of it.
