ISO: Apple Butter is....

Apple butter & apple sauce are NOT the same. Apple sauce, is pretty much just apples that have been peeled, cored & boiled till they turn mushy.

Apple butter is sort of a type of spread. Used on bread, muffins, that sort of stuff. Usually has some spices in it, it's nothing like apple sauce at all.
