ISO: breakfast and lunch for 200 - help quick I'm new at this

I am planning continental breakfast and cold cut lunch for a wonderful non-profit. We expect 200 people and I have a tiny budget!!
I need help calculating amounts for salads, cold cuts, bagel, muffins(big, dinner rolls. I have to be thrifty but I want everyone's tummy full.
This must be easy for someone out there.
