ISO: Broccoli and Cauliflower Recipes

My boyfriend and I try to eat as little meat as possible, unfortunately for me, his taste for vegetables is somewhat limited. I always find myself steaming broccoli and cauliflower dusted with a little Ms. Dash... I love it, so does he, but sometimes, sometimes...I'd just like to do something a little different.

Yeah, I've got recipe books, ...I don't know, nothing appeals to me. Anybody here have any suggestions for broccoli or cauliflower or brocc&caulifl recipes. Please, they must be easy easy easy and fast, preferably with limited ingredients (we both work and HE doesn't know how to cook :)
