This ia a dish that we esecially enjoy in warm weather and keeps for quite a while.
1 head broccoli
1 head cauliflower
1 red onion, cut in rings
1 small can sliced black olives
1 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
Cut the vegetables into bite sized pieces. Mis with other ingredients. Pour one bottle of your favorite Italian dressing over and mix well. Let stand at least 8 hours before eating.
