ISO: Can you freeze unbaked apple pies

I would like for make apple pies and freeze them uncooked instead of having to bake them, freeze them the rebake them when I need them. I figured it Mrs. Smith can sell raw frozen pies it must be possible. I just don't know if there are any changes you need to make to the recipe to do this.
