There is a restaurant chain in Everett,Washington named Arnies that serves "Cashew Lingcod" that is great. It is ligcod that is browned and coated with cashews. It also has a dill sause that goes with it. I would like to make it at home as I live in Oregon and get up there seldom. Thanks, Herb
