ISO: CASHEW SHORTBREAD

Had a wonderful 'CASHEW SHORTBREAD' at a bakery/cafe in denver years ago.
I've never been able to duplicate the recipe. Very buttery, loaded with cashews. Can anyone help with an authentic recipe? Thanks and I get all my best recipes from searching this site.
