ISO: Cheese Cracker

I love the cheese crackers made at Kneadful Things in Salem, Virginia. They are very thin and crispy with a halved pecan on the top. The recipe is well guarded, and one is usually referred to the traditional cheese cracker recipe found in most cookbooks, but all cookbook recipes seem to have too much flour.
